Thank you. Finally somebody noticed the pathetic quality of art in Marvel [and D.C.]. I can’t help it, I love dumb superhero comic, but I hate the way Marvel and D.C. are destroying the medium. It’s the first time in my comic collecting life that I stopped buying Xmen and Avengers [yes those are real tears falling down my cheeks]. The art is woeful and there are too many titles that I cannot keep up with buying just the one title of Xmen and/or Avengers. That new Elektra artist is amazing…use him!
D.C. are ruining Flash And Green Arrow for me with the bi-monthly shipping. How many issues has Schmidt drawn of Green Arrow? 9 out of 29!!!! The rest of the issues are just awful. Same applies to the Flash.
I wholeheartedly agree that King’s run on Batman is better than Snyder’s. Ooooh The Vision…what a masterpiece King created.

I stopped buying D.C. due to the bi-monthly shipping [with the exception of Flash And G.A..they are my fave D.C. characters]. I knew the art would suffer. But you forced me [yes… FORCED!!!] into buying Batman and Superman [and I have not bought Superman since the Byrne era]. But D.C. have got it right art-wise with Batman and Superman, why not with their other titles?
To me comic is an art form. John Buscema – Michelangelo. Neal Adams – DaVinci. Sienkiewicz – Picasso. Xaime Hernandez – God [he created the world…that’s art, isn’t it?]. Steve Rude – Jesus.

If an artist can’t keep up with a monthly comic book schedule, how does making comics bi-monthly fix it?
Sorry. But I really love comics. It was the first time I heard anybody complain about the art in comics…and I got excited. I will shut up now.
    BTW….bring back the INKERS!!!!!!!
